This interactive presentation will introduce ideas from the climate movement about change, transition, and post-traumatic growth that can frame our current moment, leading to a discussion of where we are as physicians and as a physician family as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. We will discuss what has been lost, changed, and depleted in the last 2 years, and how we can find strength and renewal through values-based action in community.

Identify models of personal and societal transformation that have emerged from work on climate change

Identify 3 practices for personal transformation which they were not familiar with previously
