At least 1 in 5 human beings are highly sensitive, which is a genetically inherited trait. Many highly sensitive people (HSP) tend to find themselves in the healing professions, especially physicians.
This course will increase participants' understanding of the unique qualities and well-being strategies specifically for physicians who also happen to be HSP. If you are a physician who identifies as highly sensitive and want to learn more strategies for well-being, then this course is made for you!
