Date: Thursday, May 19, 2022 | 5:30 - 6:30 PM (PST)
Registration: Free

There is no charge to participate in the sessions, but pre-registration is required.

Gratitude has many benefits to our physical and mental health, not merely a practice to think happy thoughts to minimize stress or potential dangers. It may be surprising to learn how neuroplasticity plays a role in our gratitude practice. Join us for a discussion on how gratitude can improve our daily lives (in as little as three days!) and increase our resilience.
