Dr. Miguel Villagra graduated as an internal medicine physician at Texas Tech University and completed a Master certification from the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL). As a certified physician life coach and positive intelligence coach, Dr. Villagra offers a specialized coaching program for physicians seeking career transitions.

His diverse roles, encompassing clinical work, telemedicine, blog writing, advisory work in healthcare startups, and coaching, showcase his multifaceted approach to healthcare, where innovation, leadership, and personal growth converge. He is passionate about digital health and artificial intelligence.

  • 1) Identify the 10 most common ways we self-sabotage and which way is yours.

    2) Describe the neuroscience of happiness & peak performance and 10-second techniques to activate your “right” mind.
